Hummer, I have to admit, I have really loved your version of Splinter in this storyline, he has been supportive, unjudgemental and present in subtle (and not so subtle ways) for his sons.
His insight is keen.
I'm surprised by Leo keeping his brothers secrets, perhaps I was too quick to blame him even though he is a ass and a nosy, controlling, busybody.
I'm hoping that Raph did learn from Casey that things will be fine with Splinter and return home, that sort of emotional stress will only leave him further vulnerable to Leo's machinations.
The next day will be one of awkward silences, tip toeing around and Splinter somehow getting them all to move beyond the impasse, one can hope.
I just feel so sad for Mikey, who wanted so much more, and wanted to prove to his brother that he was so much more.
Looking forward to the next heart wrenching episode.
